Tour Information
Touro Synagogue is a National Historic Site and an affiliate property of the
National Trust for Historic Preservation. Every year approximately 30,000 visitors
from around the world come to visit Touro Synagogue, delight in its magnificent
architecture, and hear its remarkable and inspiring story.
Synagogue and Gift Shop Hours:
Guided tours of the Synagogue begin on the hour & half-hour; the last tour begins 30 minutes prior to closing.
The tour schedule may vary due to Jewish holidays,
ceremonial occasions and special events.
Unfortunately, Touro Synagogue is not wheelchair accessible.
Public restrooms are not available on site.

Group Tours:
Groups wishing to visit Touro Synagogue should make advance

Tours last approximately 30 minutes and are capped at 60
individuals.
Group tours during regularly scheduled operating hours:
For groups of 15 or more that reserve in advance we offer a
discounted admission rate of $4 per person.
Private group tours outside of regularly
scheduled operating hours: Fee: $150
We can accommodate a maximum of 60 individuals in the Synagogue
at a time. Larger groups must be split up so as not to exceed
this limit. The fee for each additional tour is $75. For these
large groups, we can offer additional programming in addition to
the Synagogue Tour.
