Congregation Jeshuat Israel Donations

Congregation Jeshuat Israel is the resident modern orthodox Jewish congregation of Touro Synagogue, Newport, Rhode Island. The Congregation supports and funds all religious activities at Touro Synagogue including weekly and holiday services, daily summer services, communal Congregation activities, and a full time rabbi.

In addition, the Congregation provides the majority of the funding required for the operation and the maintenance of the synagogue building and grounds, and its other properties, including the colonial Jewish cemetery, Patriots Park, and the rabbi’s residence.

At the present time, the Congregation is not able to accept donations on-line. However, donations will be graciously accepted and acknowledged through the mail. Checks should be made out to Congregation Jeshuat Israel and mailed to:

All donations made in honor of, or in memory of an individual, or for a special occasion will be acknowledged to honoree.
